文中用FLOW-3D软件模拟了 TIG-MIG间接电弧焊接窄坡口厚4 mm 443铁素体不锈钢板对接侧壁未熔合缺陷的产生机理,提出一种电场辅助的抑制缺陷产生措施.研究结果表明:较窄的焊缝阻碍熔滴传热传质过程,在侧壁出现一个相比对侧低600 ℃的局部低温区域,进一步阻碍流体在此区域内与侧壁的熔合,因此产生侧壁未熔合缺陷.辅助电场的加入改善流体在焊缝侧壁的流动性,抑制未熔合缺陷的产生;焊缝内流体温度更高;侧壁熔合线距焊缝中心距离增加0.09 mm.
Numerical analysis and suppression method assisted by electric field of lack of side fusion with TIG-MIG indirect arc narrow gap welding
In the paper,numerical analysis and suppression method assisted by electric field of lack of side fusion with TIG-MIG indirect arc narrow gap welding on 443 ferrite stainless steel with 4 mm plate were proposed by FLOW-3D software.The research showed that the heat and mass transfer process of molten droplets were hindered with the sides of the weld seams narrower.The local area on the sidewall with the low temperature below 600 ℃ could further hinder the fusion of the pool with the sidewall in this area,resulting in a lack of fusion defect.The addition of an auxiliary electric field improved the fluidity of the molten pool metal on the sidewall of the weld seams,suppressed the generation of lack of fusion defects,and increased the temperature of the fluid.The distance between the bond line on the sidewall and the center of the weld seams was increased by 0.09 mm.
