摘要

采用电子束焊对3 mm厚的5A06铝合金进行了焊接,对焊接接头的焊缝形貌、显微组织和力学性能进行了测试分析.结果表明,电子束焊能量密度和焊接热输入对焊缝形貌、组织和性能产生重要影响;随着聚焦电流和焊接热输入增加,焊缝熔宽逐渐变大,热影响区逐渐变宽;电子束焊缝中心组织为均匀的细小等轴晶,没有明显的方向性,沿熔合线附近生成细等轴晶带;随着焊接热输入增加,焊缝中Mg元素含量减小,焊缝晶粒尺寸变大,导致焊接接头力学性能下降.

Abstract

The microstructures and mechanical properties of 5A06 aluminum alloy joints welded by electron beam welding were investigated.The results showed that the welding energy density and welding heat input had important influence on weld morphology,organization and performance.With the increase of focusing current and welding heat input,the weld width gradually increased,and the heat-affected zone gradually widened.The center of the electron beam weld was uniform fine isoaxial crystal with no obvious directionality,and fine isoaxial bands were formed near the bond line.With the increase of welding heat input,the content of Mg element in the weld decreased,and the grain size of the weld became larger,leading to the decrease of the mechanical properties of the welded joints.
