基于激光同轴送粉工艺的42CrMo材料成形工艺性能研究

42CrMo材料被广泛用于螺栓紧固件制造,材料恶劣服役工况常导致螺杆腐蚀、螺纹失效及螺杆断裂.采用激光同轴送粉工艺开展了 42CrMo材料块体成形试验,基于单道成形试验参数优选、单层多道成形试验工艺性分析及块体成形试验性能测试,完成了 42CrMo钢材料激光同轴送粉工艺验证及性能表征.分析表明,采用激光功率1800 W,扫描速度13.33 mm/s,搭接率50%,可以实现42CrMo钢良好成形.组织分析发现,熔覆层组织致密,结合界面良好,呈典型的铁素体+珠光体组织;材料拉伸试验表明,激光成形42CrMo钢材料平均抗拉强度高达746 MPa,断口为典型韧性断口形貌.研究结果可为42CrMo钢激光大尺寸成形提供工艺借鉴.
Study on forming process properties of 42CrMo materials via laser coaxial powder feeding process
42CrMo material is widely used in the manufacture of bolt fasteners.Poor service conditions of the material often lead to screw corrosion,thread failure and screw fracture.The laser coaxial powder feeding process was used to carry out the block forming test of 42CrMo material.Based on the optimization of single-channel forming test parameters,single-layer multi-channel forming test process analysis and block forming test performance test,the laser coaxial powder feeding process verification and performance characterization of 42CrMo steel were completed.The analysis showed that using laser power 1 800 W,scanning speed 13.33 mm/s,lap rate of 50%could achieve good forming of 42CrMo steel.The microstructure analysis showed that the microstructure of the cladding layer was compact and the bonding interface was good,showing a typical ferrite plus pearlite structure.The tensile test showed that the average tensile strength of laser formed 42CrMo steel was as high as 746 MPa,and the fracture was a typical ductile fracture.The research results could be used as a reference for laser large-scale forming of 42CrMo steel.
