6016铝合金与CR1180T高强钢电阻铆焊技术研究

采用中频逆变铆焊专机对1.5 mm 6016铝合金、2 mm CR1180T高强钢和16Mn铆钉进行铝/钢异种金属电阻铆焊试验,设计铆钉帽空隙与铆钉柱体积比分别为1.15,1和0.85,通过优化铆钉结构、穿刺阶段及焊接阶段焊接参数,分析焊接参数及铆钉结构对焊点形貌及焊点力学性能的影响.研究表明,铆钉帽空隙与铆钉柱体积相等时,可获得填充效果较好的焊接接头,铆钉帽体积小于铆钉柱时,极易产生焊接飞溅;铆钉帽体积大于铆钉柱时,挤压出的铝合金难以填满铆钉帽.最优的穿刺参数为5 830 N-15 kA-40 ms,焊接参数为5 000 N-16 kA-100ms,采用最优参数获得的铝/钢异种金属铆焊接头平均拉剪力为7.401 kN,平均延伸率为8%,其达到母材延伸率的53.7%.
Research on resistance riveting technology of 6016 aluminum alloy and CR1180T high-strength steel
The 1.5 mm 6016 aluminum alloy,2 mm CR1180T high-strength steel and 16Mn rivets were riveted by medium frequency inverter riveting machine.Rivet cap void to rivet column volume ratios were designed to be 115%,100%and 85%,respectively.By optimizing the rivet structure,puncture stage and welding parameters,the influence of welding parameters and rivet structure on the morphology and mechanical properties of solder joints was analyzed.The results showed that when the rivet cap void was equal to the volume of the rivet column,the welded joint with better filling effect could be obtained.The volume of the rivet cap was smaller than that of the rivet column,which was easy to produce welding spatter.When the volume of the rivet cap was larger than the rivet column,it was difficult to fill the rivet cap with the extruded aluminum alloy.The optimal puncture parameters were 5 830 N-15 kA-40 ms,and the welding parameters were 5 000 N-16 kA-100 ms.The average tensile and shear force of the aluminum/steel dissimilar metal riveting welded joint obtained by the optimal parameters was 7.401 kN,the average elongation was 8%,and the elongation was 53.7%of the base metal elongation.
