摘要

文中分析了 X65Q+CRA625冶金复合管的焊接工艺,该工艺的焊接方法采用钨极氩弧焊.根据基材为高强度的X65Q管线钢、复合层为镍基材料这一特殊情况,制订了有针对性的关于预热/层间温度、坡口准备、充气保护、焊接操作等的焊接控制要点,并通过焊接接头试验,确定了这种焊接工艺的合理性,可满足该复合管的焊接质量要求.

Abstract

The welding process of X65Q+CRA625 clad composite pipe was analyzed in this paper.The welding method of this process was GTAW.According to the special situation that the base material was high-strength X65Q pipeline steel and the composite layer was nickel based material,a reasonable preheating/interpass temperature was formulated.According to the operation characteristics of welding materials,the key points of welding were summarized.Through the test of welded joint,the rationality of this welding process was determined to meet the welding quality requirements of the composite pipe.
