核动力试验装置紫铜管焊接技术研究及应用

紫铜管具有优良导电性及抗腐蚀性能等特性,成为交、直流供电系统的优选材料.文中结合核动力试验装置模拟体电加热棒采用厚壁紫铜管(T2)供电的工艺,分析厚壁紫铜管的安装及焊接方法,通过理化试验和电阻率测试对焊接工艺质量进行评定,评定结果均为合格,实现了紫铜管对接接头具有良好的强度、塑性及导电性,相关熔化极惰性气体保护焊可为类似厚壁铜、铜合金管道焊接提供借鉴.
Research and application of welding technology of copper tube for nuclear power test device
Copper tube has excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance,and has become the preferred material for AC and DC power supply system.The installation and welding method of thick-walled copper tube(T2)for power supply was analyzed by simulating the electric heating rod of nuclear power test device in the paper,and evaluated the quality of welding process through physical and chemical tests and resistivity tests,and the evaluation results were all qualified,and the butt joint of copper tube had good strength,plasticity and conductivity.The related MIG welding could provide a reference for similar thick-walled copper and copper alloy pipe welding.
