不同连接方式的CFRP-铝合金接头力学性能研究

摘要
为了深入研究连接方式对碳纤维复合材料(CFRP)-铝合金接头力学性能的影响,文中对CFRP母材、CFRP-铝合金粘接接头、CFRP-铝合金螺钉连接接头及CFRP-铝合金感应焊接接头进行了力学性能试验.结果表明:CFRP母材及粘接试样在受拉伸时发生弹性变形,没有发生颈缩;螺钉连接时,铝合金先断裂,断口有明显的颈缩现象;焊接连接时,CFRP出现了内聚力失效.
Abstract
In order to further study the influence of connection methods on the mechanical properties of carbon fiber reinforced polymer(CFRP)-aluminum alloy joint,the mechanical properties of CFRP base metal,CFRP-aluminum alloy bonding joint,CFRP-aluminum alloy screw joint and CFRP-aluminum alloy induction welded joint were analyzed by tensile test and shear test.The results showed that the CFRP base metal and the adhesive sample were elastic deformation when stretched,and no necking occured.When the screw was connected,the aluminum alloy broke first,and the fracture had obvious necking phenomenon.The cohesion failure of CFRP occurred during welding.
