层间温度及保护气对S31803双相不锈钢接头性能的影响

采用不同保护气体和层间温度控制方案完成4组S31803双相不锈钢接头的焊接,对比其低温冲击韧性、硬度、抗点蚀性能和铁素体含量分布,发现层间温度控制在≤150℃时能改善低温冲击韧性、硬度和铁素体含量;采用φ(Ar)98%+φ(N2)2%保护气体能提高抗点蚀性能,对指导S31803焊接工艺开发和现场焊接具有一定的参考价值.
Effect of interpass temperature and protective gas on the performance of S31803 duplex stainless steel joint
Four sets of S31803 welded joints were welded using different protective gases and interpass temperature control schemes.The low temperature impact toughness,hardness,pitting resistance and ferrite content distribution were compared.It was found that controlling the interpass temperature≤ 150 ℃ could improve low temperature impact toughness,hardness and ferrite content,and the use of protective gas φ(Ar)98%+φ(N2)2%could improve the resistance pitting performance.It had certain reference value for guiding the development of S31803 welding process and on-site welding.
