有限元分析技术对焊接接头疲劳特性的影响

有限元法在焊接接头的应力分析及疲劳分析中被广泛应用,然而分析的准确性受到多方面因素的影响.文中基于ABAQUS对十字接头和对接接头的不同结构模型及不同材料属性进行模拟研究,证明了结构不连续和材料不连续均能引起应力集中,但材料不连续产生应力集中相对很小;并认为对接接头采用有焊缝的结构形式对分析结果更有益,十字接头根据分析目标可以选择有焊缝或无焊缝的不同形式,同时必须进行试验验证才能取得更为准确的分析结果.
Effect of the FEM on fatigue property of welded joints
FEA approach was used widely for the stress and fatigue analysis of welded joints.But the accuracy of FEA results was affected by many factors.In the paper,different cruciform joints models and butt joints models were studied based on the FEA codes ABAQUS.The FEA results proved that the structure discontinuous and the material discontinuous could lead to the stress concentration.But the stress concentration caused by the material discontinuous was fewer.Butt joints model with weld line was more fit,and cruciform joint model needed to choose different forms with or without welds according to the analysis objects,at the same time,experimental verification was necessary to obtain more accurate analysis results.
