冷氢化换热器N08810合金埋弧焊技术研究

文中分析了 N08810合金的母材性能、焊接难点、焊接性能.从埋弧焊设备送丝系统改造、坡口形式确定、焊材选择、焊接工艺参数确定、稳定化热处理工艺参数确定等方面开展了试验研究,并完成试件焊接、无损检测及力学性能试验.渗透检测、射线检测结果均符合NB/T 47013-2015的要求;接头抗拉强度、硬度、弯曲性能、晶间腐蚀试验、化学成分的试验结果符合设备设计要求.结果表明:选用ERNiCr-3/Marathon 444组合焊材,采用文中拟定的埋弧焊工艺和热处理工艺对N08810合金进行焊接,能够获得满意的接头性能.ERNiCrMo-3/OK Flux 10.90组合的弯曲试验产生不超标的微裂纹,晶间腐蚀试验结果显示接头腐蚀率高于ERNiCr-3/Marathon 444组合,但是其各项试验指标均符合标准和设计规定,可在没有晶间腐蚀要求的高温设备中采用.
Research on submerged arc welding technology of N08810 alloy for cold hydrogenation heat exchanger
This paper analyzed the base metal properties,welding difficulties and welding properties of N08810 alloy.Experimental research was carried out on the wire sending system transformation of submerged arc welding equipment,groove form determination,welding material selection,welding parameters determination and stabilizing heat treatment process parameters determination.Specimen welding,nondestructive testing and mechanical properties testing were completed.Penetration testing and radiation testing results met the requirements of NB/T 47013-2015.The test results of joint tensile strength,hardness,bending performance,intergranular corrosion test and chemical composition met the test requirements of equipment design.The results showed that the ERNiCr-3/Marathon 444 combined welding consumables,using the submerged arc welding process specifications and heat treatment specifications proposed in this article to weld N08810 alloy could achieve satisfactory joint performance.The bending test of ERNiCrMo-3/OK Flux 10.90 combination produced microcracks without exceeding the standard,and the joint corrosion rate of intergranular corrosion test was higher than that of ERNiCr-3/Marathon 444 combination.However,its various test indicators met the standards and design regulations,it could be used in high-temperature equipment without intergranular corrosion requirements.
