With the rapid development of the digital economy,personal financial information has become an important factor of production,and its value is increasingly prominent.Personal financial information has dual attributes of personal interests and property interests,which not only concerns personal rights,but also national financial security and stability.At present,there are relevant problems in China,such as unclear attributes of personal financial information rights,lack of a standardized legal protection system,insufficient enforcement and supervision efforts,and insufficient effectiveness of industry self-discipline mechanisms.Drawing on foreign experience,it is necessary to strengthen the legal protection of personal financial information in the digital economy era,including the promotion of systematic legal construction of personal financial information protection,clarifying the rights and attributes of personal financial information,improving relief mechanisms,strengthening law enforcement supervision of personal financial information protection by financial institutions,and emphasizing industry self-discipline.
