全面抗战时期国立第五中学大后方办学研究

摘要
全面抗战时期,国民政府教育部先后在大后方创设34 所国立中学.办学八年,国立中学在提升中等教育水准、助推高等教育发展以及推进中西部文教和社会发展方面发挥了深远影响.鉴于目前少有从兴学育才的视角梳理与考察抗战时期国立中学大后方办学理念与实践的专门研究,选择1938 年创办,1946 年复员,始终坚持在甘肃天水办学,最终形成优异的办学质量,作育大批优秀人才的国立第五中学作为研究个案,以学校办学历程为主线,综合运用文献史料,还原与再现烽火年代国立五中艰难办学和作育人才的历史图景,加深对其遵循教育规律办学,重视培养学生全面发展教育理念的认识.国立五中在八年办学实践中形成了重视培育抗战精神、重视延揽品学兼优之良师、重视文化育人、重视积极影响大后方建设等办学特色,足资后世借鉴.深入研究国立五中的办学育人实践,既有助于传承与弘扬抗战文化与抗战精神,也可为推进和深化当前中学教育发展与改革提供历史借鉴.
Abstract
Based on the supreme principle of wartime:"Like wartime in peacetime,like peacetime in wartime",the Ministry of Education of the National Government pioneered the establishment of national middle school in the rear during the anti-Japanese war.As an important manifestation of education and cultural migration during the war against Japan,the National middle school sustained and promoted level of secondary education during wartime,provided high-quality students for the development of higher education during and after the war,strengthened cultural,educational and social development in the rear,assisted national revival.Prepared for establishment in 1938,demobilization in 1946,the National Fifth Middle School was run in Tianshui during the Anti-Japanese War,the reason why it can form excellent school quality in the difficult rear,foster a large number of outstanding talents,is closely related to school education.In its long-term school-running practice,It has formed distinctive school-running characteristics such as an emphasis on nurturing the anti-Japanese spirit,selecting excellent teachers,stressing culture and education,paying attention to its influence on the construction of the rear.
