Promoting rural revitalization and accelerating the construction of a strong agricultural country requires not only the implementation of industrial policies to revitalize the countryside,but also a foundation in the continuous adaptation of farmers and rural cadres in terms of thought,concept,technology,and capability to meet the demands of the new quality of agricultural productive forces,and to achieve the purpose of"self-blood-making"in rural areas.Therefore,scientifically organizing rural human resource training,and enhancing the overall quality of farmers and grassroots township cadres is an inevitable choice for advancing the rural revitalization strategy and accelerating the construction of a strong agricultural country.However,research conducted in the rural areas of southern Shaanxi has revealed practical issues in rural human resource training,such as a singular training format,a mismatch between teacher reserves and training needs,an insufficiently optimized structure of training course content,and an urgent need to optimize the training system for rural grassroots cadres.To continuously strengthen rural human resource training,foster an atmosphere of continuous and lifelong learning in rural areas,and consolidate the talent foundation for the construction of a strong agricultural country,rural human resource training should fully apply digital technology,enrich teacher resources,optimize course content,and improve the training system for rural grassroots cadres with the orientation of enhancing rural governance capabilities.
