Government intelligent governance integrates modern digital intelligence technologies with governance mechanisms to maximize societal management levels,to meet the public needs,and achieve the objectives of"good governance"and"effective administration".This approach plays a crucial role in advancing the modernization of national governance systems and capabilities.By incorporating advanced intelligent technologies,government intelligent governance enhances decision-making efficiency,optimizes resource allocation,and strengthens risk prevention capabilities,thereby improving the effectiveness of modern societal governance and promoting the construction of a contemporary governance system.However,this governance model faces ethical challenges and issues such as excessive"technological dependence"that undermines human agency,social trust crises resulting from"data leaks"and"algorithm defects",which require our attention and vigilance.Thus,it is essential to establish a proper view of technological ethics,integrate technological rationality with value rationality,improve the oversight system of intelligent governance,balance data security with data utilization,and legally develop diverse governance models while coordinating individual interests with public interests to promote the harmonious development of governance methods and mechanisms,continuously advancing the modernization of national governance systems and capabilities.
