Realistic Dilemma and Path Choice of High-quality Development of Shaanxi Agricultural Product Processing Industry Under the Dual Circulation Pattern
The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China proposed to accelerate the construction of a new development pattern,in which domestic economic cycle should play a leading role,by which the international and domestic economic cycle can boost each other.The agricultural product processing industry is an important link in the industrial cycle of the"dual circulation",and to promote high-quality development of the agricultural product processing industry is the necessary and inherent requirement to accelerate the construction of the"dual circulation"pattern.Shaanxi has abundant agricultural resources,and the agricultural product processing industry is one of the pillar industries driving Shaanxi's economic development,as well as an important support for comprehensively promoting Shaanxi rural revitalization and agricultural modernization.Affected by the"path dependence"formed by historical traditions and the"low-end lock"from market competition,the high-quality development of Shaanxi's agricultural product processing industry faces many predicaments.Confronting the global industrial transformation and consumption upgrading,only by serving and deeply integrating with the"dual circulation"pattern,with market demand-oriented,focusing on innovation driven and green development,and increasing scientific and technological innovation,cluster development and talent training,Shaanxi's agricultural product processing industry can enhance its market competitiveness and promote Shaanxi to transform from a big agriculture province to a strong agricultural product processing province,therefore effectively activate the new driving force of regional"dual circulation",and comprehensively promote the rural revitalization and the agricultural modernization.
