The main research object of this paper is the academic papers and their authors in 23 periodicals in the field of library science and information science in 2013-2022,which are included in Chinese core periodicals and Chinese Social Sciences Citation Index periodicals.By means of network literature survey,comparative analysis,standard deviation analysis and demographic characteristics analysis,it analyzes the annual distribution of papers,journal distribution,co-authorship and demographic characteristics of authors,and presents five strategies for the cultivation of antiquities research talents:professional journals help to cultivate antiquities research talents;professional colleges and universities and their scientific research institutes utilize their own advantages to cultivate antiquities research talents;the National Center for the Protection of Ancient Books should improve the reserve pool of antiquities talents;groups of antiquities talents should give full play to the role of passing on their talents;and provinces,municipalities and regions should strengthen regional cooperation.In this way,we can promote the in-depth development of Chinese ancient books research,and the personnel growth for ancient books research.
