摘要
近年来,柔性直流输电技术已成为支撑大规模新能源消纳、能源互联网构建的主要方式之一,而阀控系统是柔性直流输电技术的关键组成部分,对电力系统安全稳定运行至关重要.以±420 kV柔性直流背靠背开路试验(open line test,OLT)闭锁事故为研究对象,提供了一种基于顺序查找法的换流站阀控系统故障分析思路.首先介绍了柔性直流控保策略、阀控系统及其结构.随后,针对OLT过程中引起的故障闭锁事件进行介绍,并阐释了阀控系统暂时性闭锁原理.最后,根据故障录波和阀控系统架构,按顺序排查可能发生故障的位置并进行综合分析,进而确定故障原因,故障分析思路为实际工程中故障排查提供了参考.
Abstract
In recent years,flexible DC transmission technology has developed into one of the main ways to support large-scale new energy consumption and the energy Internet construction.The valve control system is a key component of flexible DC transmission technology,and crucial for the safe and stable operation of power system.Taking the open line test(OLT)blocking accident of the±420 kV VSC-HVDC back-to-back as the research object,this paper presents an idea of fault analysis for the valve control system of the converter station based on sequential search method.First,the paper introduces the flexible DC control and protection strategy,valve control system and its structure,then introduces the trip event caused during the OLT process,explaining the principle of temporary blocking of valve control system.Finally,according to the fault recording and valve control system architecture,the paper investigates the possible fault location in sequence and makes a comprehensive analysis,so as to determine the cause of the failure.The idea of fault analysis in this paper provides a reference for troubleshooting in actual projects.
