摘要

油浸式变压器在不同电压等级的转换中发挥着关键作用.当三相电力系统存在不平衡运行时,变压器将产生额外的损耗,进而影响其性能和寿命.三相不平衡会导致变压器内部某些区域温度升高,加速绕组绝缘老化,缩短其使用寿命.搭建了一个数字孪生框架及相应的模型,用于模拟和监测变压器的运行状态,基于建立的模型,计算了变压器在三相不平衡下的温度场分布,分析了不平衡度对变压器各部件温度场分布的影响.研究结果为实地维护和故障排查提供了重要支持,对有效分析和评估变压器内部状态具有关键意义.

Abstract

Oil-immersed transformers play a key role in the conversion of different voltage levels.When the three-phase power system operates unbalanced,the transformer will generate additional losses,which affects its performance and life.The three-phase unbalance will cause the temperature to rise in some areas of the transformer,accelerating the aging of the winding insulation,and shortening its service life.A digital twin framework and corresponding model are built to simulate and monitor the operation state of transformer.And then,based on the established model,the temperature field distribution of transformer under three-phase unbalance is calculated,and the influence of unbalance degree on the temperature field distribution of transformer components is also analyzed.The research results provide important support for field maintenance and troubleshooting,and have key significance for effective analysis and evaluation of transformer internal state.
