摘要
为缓解电压暂降现象导致的生产可靠性问题,提出了构网型储能主动支撑电压的解决思路.首先分析电压暂降的电气特征参数,建立构网型储能控制模型.同时,对比常规跟网型储能与构网型储能在系统电压扰动时的暂态响应特性,得出构网型储能的电压源属性在维持内电势稳定上的控制优势.通过PowerFactory Digsilent仿真平台进行建模,模拟石化企业内外部电网典型运行方式.对比故障条件下,构网储能接入及其接入点差异对系统电压的抬升效果.结果表明,构网型储能可以在电压暂降情况下瞬时输出无功功率,显著提高三相接地故障下的系统电压,最高可达540%.对于单相接地故障,构网储能也有明显改善作用,特别是储能接入石化C变与石化B变35 kV母线时,电压可抬升18.7%和15.3%,避免设备受电压暂降影响.
Abstract
In order to alleviate the production reliability problems caused by voltage sag phenomenon,this paper proposes the solution idea of using grid-forming(GFM)energy storage to actively support voltage.Firstly,the electrical characteristic parameters of voltage sag are analyzed,and the GFM energy storage control model is established.At the same time,by comparing the transient response characteristics of conventional GFM energy storage and grid-following(GFL)energy storage in the disturbance of system voltage,the conclusion has been made that voltage-source attribute of GFM energy storage has the control advantages in maintaining internal potential stability.Additionally,PowerFactory Digsilent simulation platform is used for modeling to simulate the typical operation mode of internal and external power grids in petrochemical enterprises.Finally,under the fault conditions,the effect of GFM energy storage access and its access point difference on the system voltage increase is compared.The results are shown as follows:GFM energy storage can output reactive power instantaneously during voltage sag,which significantly increases the system voltage during three-phase ground fault by up to 540%.For single-phase ground faults,GFM energy storage also has significant improvement effect,especially when the GFM energy storage is connected to the Petrochemical C substation and Petrochemical B substation 35 kV bus,the voltage can be raised by 18.7%and 15.3%,thus avoiding the impact of voltage dips on the equipment.
