城市经济园区屋顶分布式光伏发展潜力评价

在可再生能源开发增加的背景下,越来越多的研究正在寻求挖掘新能源开发潜力,为长期能源规划研究、调度模拟和能源政策提供数据支撑,而城市建筑的复杂性增加了光伏潜力评估的难度.详细介绍了现有的光伏潜力研究方法,利用基于深度学习的语义分割模型以高分卫星图像为基础进行建筑屋面提取,并对湖南省邵阳市光伏潜能进行了系统性的评估,对"十四五"光伏规划中部分区域的分布式光伏潜力进行估算.
In the context of increased development of renewable energy,more and more researches are seeking to tap the potential of new energy development so as to provide data support for long-term energy planning studies,scheduling simulations and energy policies,while the complexity of urban buildings increases the difficulty in assessing photovoltaic potentiality.In this paper,the existing research methods of photovoltaic potential are introduced in detail.The deep learning-based semantic segmentation model is used to extract building roofing according to high-resolution satellite images.And then,the photovoltaic potential of Shaoyang City in Hunan Province is systematically evaluated.Finally,the potential of distributed PV power in some areas of the 14th Five-Year PV Plan is estimated.
