大型新能源基地并网宽频振荡风险研究

摘要
为契合新型电力系统低碳化发展需求,湖北集中式和分布式新能源跨越式发展,多个百万千瓦级新能源基地加快建设,电力系统双高特征逐渐凸显.然而,多元化电力电子设备在多时间尺度上复杂交互耦合,使系统面临宽频带振荡风险,将严重影响电网安全稳定运行.基于此,对湖北某大型新能源基地并网宽频振荡风险进行了研究分析.针对基地接入220 kV完整片区及近区500 kV等值建模系统搭建电磁暂态仿真模型和数学模型,考虑火电不同开机方式、光伏场站不同出力水平、SVG不同控制方式、全接线和基地近区外送线路不同检修方式等工况组合,采用阻抗分析法、特征值分析法、时域仿真法3种宽频振荡分析方法对新能源基地并网宽频振荡风险开展评估研究.算例结果表明,在所考虑运行场景下,系统均未发现宽频振荡风险.
Abstract
In order to meet the needs of the low-carbon development of the new power system,Hubei has realized a leap-forward development of centralized and distributed new energy,accelerated the construction of a number of million-kilowatt-level new energy bases,and then the dual high characteristics of the power system are gradually becoming prominent.However,the complex interaction and coupling of diversified power electronic devices on multiple time scales make the system face the risk of broadband oscillation,which will seriously affect the safe and stable operation of power grid.In view of this,the paper makes studies and analyses on the risk of broadband oscillation connected to a large new energy base in Hubei Province.Firstly,electromagnetic transient simulation model and mathematical model are built for the 220 kV complete area and the nearby 500 kV equivalent modeling system.Then are taken into account the combination of working conditions such as different operation modes of thermal power,different output levels of photovoltaic stations,different control modes of SVG,different maintenance modes of total wiring and outgoing lines in the near area of the base,and impedance analysis method,eigenvalue analysis method and time-domain simulation method are used to evaluate the risk of new energy base grid-connected broadband oscillation.The simulation results show that in the system no broadband oscillation risk is found in the operation scenarios considered.
