摘要
利用RTDS仿真平台对某孤立电网在不同运行方式下的安全稳定控制策略进行研究,研究发现基于常规PID控制的系统易产生过量调节,难以获得快速稳定效果.因此提出一种基于模型预测控制的孤立电网频率控制方法,仿真结果表明该频率控制方法更加有效,尤其是在孤立电网发生极端紧急情况下稳控策略进行功率或负荷快速切除后仍存在较大不平衡功率时,该频率控制方法能够快速稳定孤立电网的频率.
Abstract
This paper uses the RTDS simulation platform to study the security and stability control strategy of an isolated power grid under different operation modes,discovering that the system based on conventional PID control is prone to excessive regulation and difficult to achieve rapid stability effects.Therefore,a frequency control method for isolated power grid based on model predictive control is proposed.The simulation results show that the proposed frequency control method is more effective,and especially in extreme emergency situations in isolated power grids,the proposed frequency control method can quickly stabilize the frequency of the isolated power grid when there is still a large unbalanced power after the power or load is quickly cut off by the stability control strategy.
