摘要

针对一起500 kV GIS局部放电带电检测中超声信号异常引起的检修事件,通过对异常电压互感器展开外观检查、解体前局放试验、解体检查等,结合家族性缺陷数据以及装配工艺等因素,综合判断异常是设备内部装配工艺不良导致磁滞振动引起了超声局放信号,并针对后续设备运维工作提出了建议措施.

Abstract

In response to a maintenance incident caused by abnormal ultrasonic signals during live detection of partial discharge in a 500 kV GIS,through the abnormal voltage transformer appearance inspection,partial discharge test before disassembly and disassembly inspection,combined with factors such as family defects data and assembly technique,this paper makes a synthetic judgement that the abnormality is caused by poor internal assembly process of the equipment,which leads to hysteresis vibration to cause ultrasonic partial discharge signals.Suggestions and measures for the subsequent equipment operation and maintenance work are also put forward.
