摘要

通过数学模型的建立,从元素分析仪化验角度对燃煤收到基元素碳含量的检测进行了不确定度评定,并仔细分析了各不确定度分量的来源,量化了各不确定度分量,最终合成了标准不确定度,确定了扩展不确定度为U(Car)=0.90%,k=2.在不考虑样品不均匀性的情况下,不确定度的主要来源包括重复测量、标准曲线拟合、漂移校正、样品称量、Mt的测量、Mad的测量.该评定过程及分析为提高实验室检测水平、准确计量燃煤电厂碳排放量提供了参考.

Abstract

By establishing a mathematical model,this paper carries out the uncertainty evaluation of carbon content in coal on received basis from the perspective of element analyzer assay,carefully analyzes the sources of each uncertainty component,quantifies each uncertainty component,and finally synthesizes the standard uncertainty,determining the extended uncertainty as U(Car)=0.90%,k=2.Without considering the non-uniformity of the sample,the main sources of uncertainty include repeated measurements,standard curve fitting,drift correction,sample weighing,Mt measurements and Mad measurement.This evaluation process and analysis provide a reference for improving laboratory testing level and accurately measuring carbon emissions of coal-fired power plants.
