Objective To study the influence of sports App products on students'cognitive behavior of participating in physical fitness.Methods Take Keep,a sports App product,as an example,and se-lect 500 students from a university as research samples.By using structural equation model,the influence of Keep on students'cognitive behavior of participating in physical fitness is analyzed from the subjective factors and objective understanding of students,and the fitting effect of structural equation model is tested by statistical analysis.Results All the 450 students who used Keep recognized that physical fitness can improve their physical fitness,and they also recognized the diversified value of physical fitness,and ac-tively participated in physical fitness as a driving force.Before and after using Keep,the proportion of students'cognitive value of physical fitness increased significantly,and P values of the related latent varia-bles between the training time stipulated in Keep and students'cognitive behavior of physical fitness were all lower than 0.05;The less equipment needed in Keep,the higher the positive correlation between keep and students'cognitive behavior of physical fitness,and the more it can stimulate students to participate in physical fitness and complete self-evaluation during exercise;Conclusion There is a significant cogni-tive difference before and after the application of this method,and there is a high positive correlation,and the generated sports APP product interface has a good fitting degree.
