Clinical Values of Application of Coagulation Four Items and Tumor Markers in Liver Diseases
Objective To analyze the clinical diagnostic value of the four coagulation items and tumor marker tests in liver diseases. Methods A total of 150 patients with liver diseases were selected as the ob-servation group there were 57 cases in liver cancer group,59 cases in cirrhosis group and 34 cases in hepa-titis group, and 150 healthy adults as the control group. The coagulation tests and tumor marker levels of patients in different groups were compared, and the analysis of the diagnostic efficacy and the correlation between the indexes and the degree of disease were performed. Results Coagulation tests:compared with the control group,PT,APTT and TT were prolonged in the observation group, and FIB was lower than that of the control group;in each group of cirrhosis,APTT,PT and TT showed a trend of gradual increase with the progress of disease severity, and FIB showed a gradual decrease trend.Tumor markers:compared with the control group,AFP,AFP-L3,CEA,CA199 and CA25 were elevated in the observa-tion group;in each group of hepatocellular carcinoma, the levels of tumor markers showed a trend of gradual increase with the progression of disease.According to the analysis of the ROC,it can be seen that the area under the curve of the combined test of the four coagulation items and tumor markers had the lar-gest AUC compared to the single test.According to the Pearson correlation analysis, the severity of liver disease was correlated to some extent with the levels of both coagulation quadruple and tumor markers. Conclusion The combined test of coagulation four and tumor markers has important clinical value in the diagnosis and prediction of liver diseases and is worth promoting.
