Correlation Analysis of Acute Myocardial Infarction Complicated with Heart Failure and Levels of IL-6,IL-8,and IL-1β
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of changes of IL-6,IL-8 and IL-1 levels in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods A total of 30 patients with acute myocardi-al infarction complicated with heart failure were selected as the observation group, and 30 patients with a-cute myocardial infarction without heart failure as the control group. The levels of IL-6,IL-8 and IL-1βwere detected by multiple microsphere flow immunofluorescence luminescence method. The level of NT-proBNP was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-systolic volume(LVESV)and left ventricular end-diastolic volume(LVEDV)were measured by color Doppler ultrasound. Results The levels of plasma IL-6 and NT-proBNP in the obser-vation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).LVEF was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Spearman correlation analysis showed that IL-6 level was negatively correlated to LVEF(r=-0.241,P<0.05)and positively correlated to NT-proBNP level(r=0.310,P<0.05).There was no significant correlation between IL-8,IL-1β and NT-proBNP,LVEF,IL-6,IL-8,IL-1βand LVESV,LVEDV(P>0.05).Conclusion Inflammatory response plays an important role in the progression of AMI.IL-6 may be involved in the development of heart failure after AMI.Regulating the level of cytokines may become a new idea for the treatment of heart failure after AMI.
