Application Effect of Standardized Nursing Cooperation Process in Laparoscopic Colorectal Cancer Surgery
Objective To explore the application effect of standardized nursing cooperation process in laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery. Methods A total of 76 patients undergoing laparoscopic radical re-section of colorectal cancer were divided into control group(37 cases)and observation group(39 cases)according to the time node. The control group was given routine operating room nursing, and the obser-vation group was given surgical nursing cooperation process based on standard operation management on the basis of routine nursing in the control group. The preoperative preparation rate of surgical materials, preoperative waiting time, laparoscopic operation time, error rate of surgical nursing period and doctor satisfaction were observed in the two groups. Results The incidence of adverse nursing events in the ob-servation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The preoperative wait-ing time and laparoscopic operation time in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.01).The preoperative preparation rate of surgical supplies in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.01).The satisfaction of anesthesiologists and surgeons with the nursing cooperation in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of surgical nursing cooperation process nursing based on standard operation management in laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery is significantly better than that of conventional operating room nursing, which is worthy of clinical reference and application.
