摘要

湄港锑矿是鄂南大幕山和方山矿田以外新发现的小型锑矿床.在野外地质调查基础上,查明湄港锑矿地质特征,阐述其找矿意义.该矿床位于通山复向斜南翼,矿体呈透镜状、脉状赋存于新滩组二段与三段层间破碎带的硅化构造角砾岩带中,矿石矿物为辉锑矿,Sb平均品位为 0.51%~1.32%,伴随硅化、黄铁矿化等围岩蚀变,为中低温热液型锑矿.湄港锑矿作为鄂南新地区、新层位中发现的锑矿,拓展了鄂南锑矿找矿空间,建议加强通山复向斜及外围地区的锑矿勘查工作.

Abstract

Meigang antimony deposit is a newly discovered small antimony deposit outside the Fangshan antimony ore fields and Damushan antimony ore fields in southern Hubei.On the basis of field geological survey,the metallogenic geo-logical characteristics of Meigang antimony deposit are found out,and its prospecting significance is expounded.The de-posit is located in the south wing of Tongshan synclinorium.The ore bodys are lenticular and veined in the silicified tec-tonic breccia zone of the interlayer fracture zone between Second Members and Third Members of Xintan Formation.The ore mineral is stibnite.The average grade of Sb is 0.51%-1.32%,accompanied by alteration such as silicification and pyritization.It is a medium-low temperature hydrothermal antimony deposit.As an antimony deposit found in a new area and a new horizon outside the Southern Hubei antimony concentration area,Meigang antimony deposit has expanded the prospecting space of antimony deposits in southern Hubei.It is recommended to strengthen the exploration of antimony deposits in Tongshan synclinorium and its surrounding areas.
