Helium is a scarce rare gas mineral in China,and the overall exploration degree is low.Recently,rich helium gas resources were found in the geothermal water in Well Wanghuayuan of northern Fuyang Basin in Anhui Province,with an average helium content of 1.471%.By analyzing the structural location,helium source rock,carrier gas,fault,trap and cap rock of Fuyang Basin,it is considered that this basin has a good prospect for helium gas associated with geothermal water.
