摘要

富氧煤粉燃烧锅炉燃烧、换热特性与常规空气锅炉不同,为研究不同工况下富氧燃烧锅炉的运行特性,利用某300 MW富氧煤粉燃烧锅炉仿真模型,分别进行燃煤量、给水温度、氧浓度和水分变动试验.结果表明:随着富氧燃烧锅炉燃煤量的增加,炉膛出口烟温升高,炉内总辐射量增加,水冷壁产汽量增多.由于富氧锅炉辐射换热强,过热蒸汽温度随燃煤量增加而增加.随着炉内燃烧气氛中氧浓度增加,锅炉产汽量大幅度增加,主汽温度快速下降.由于锅炉设计煤种水分含量高且不稳定,水分变化对锅炉运行参数影响比较大,主要表现在煤质变坏,导致炉膛出口温度升高,过热蒸汽温度、再热蒸汽温度和排烟温度也随之升高.

Abstract

Unlike normal air combustion boiler,oxygen-enriched combustion boiler has different combustion and heat transfer characteristics.To study the operating characteristics under different conditions,the simulation model of a 300MW pulverized coal oxygen-enriched combustion boiler was utilized.And experiments respectively for disturbances of coal quantity,feed water temperature,O2/CO2 and coal quality were finished.Results reveal that:with the increment of coal quantity,furnace outlet gas temperature and radiation heat exchange unit of quality in furnace increase,and evaporation rate of water wall reduces.Because radiation heat transfer capability of oxy-fuel combustion boiler is strong.On the contrary,superheated steam temperature rises.As the feed water temperature decreases,superheated steam temperature and evaporation rate of water wall reduce.Variation of lignite quality changes mainly reflects in variation of moisture content,and variation of moisture has more influence on boiler operation parameters.The influence is mainly that as the coal quality gets worse,furnace outlet gas temperature and superheated steam temperature rises,and the radiation subsides.
