Time Synchronization Attack Location in Power System Based on Local Attack Detection Information
Satellite time synchronization attacks(TSA)can cause system equipment time disorder and phasor measure-ment unit(PMU)phase angle measurement errors, and endanger the safe operation of the power system.Since the at-tack detection method based on the PMU data at both ends of the line cannot determine which end of the line is at-tacked,a TSA location method based on local attack detection information and synchronization area search aggregation is proposed.Firstly, combined with the characteristics of TSA,the equivalent graph and adjacency matrix of the power system are constructed.Secondly, combined with the attack detection information at both ends of the line, the breadth-first search is used to obtain the internal synchronization subsystem formed by the division of the alarm lines.Thirdly, according to whether the subsystems were connected in pairs,it is divided into simple case and complex case. For the complex case,it is converted into a simple case by combining phase angle difference deviation estimation and synchro-nized subsystem aggregation. Finally, the attacked nodes are located based on the assumption that the number of nor-mal nodes is dominant. The tests with IEEE 39-bus system show that the method can effectively locate the attack under different attacks, distinguish the nodes under different attacks, and has a strong ability to locate small attacks.
