对谐振电流的精确解析是计算CLLLC谐振变换器损耗的重要环节.针对宽电压增益CLLLC谐振变换器励磁电感与谐振电感比值较小的特点,基于电流拟合近似法提出了一种改进型谐振电流解析方法.首先通过分析变换器在三元谐振期间的等效拓扑,列写出谐振电流的阶段解析式,其次在考虑到三角函数未知量求解计算复杂的情况下,提出了修正系数的概念以简化计算,最终根据谐振电流的波形特点得出谐振电流初始解,并进一步通过分段迭代的方法逐步逼近谐振电流真实值.仿真结果表明,所提出的改进型电流解析式相比于传统方法,在三元谐振期间能够更加准确地描述谐振电流的变化过程,验证了所提方法的正确性.
Improved Current Analytical Method for CLLLC Resonant Converter with Wide Voltage Range Operation
Accurate analysis of resonant current is an important part of calculating the loss of CLLLC resonant convert-er.Aiming at the small ratio of excitation inductance to resonant inductance of wide voltage gain CLLLC resonant con-verter,an improved resonant current analysis method was proposed based on current fitting approximation method.Firstly,we analyzed the equivalent topology of the converter during the ternary resonant period and wrote the phase ana-lytic expression of the resonant current.Secondly,considering the complexity of the calculation of the unknown trigono-metric function,we proposed the concept of the correction coefficient to simplify the calculation.Finally,we had the initial solution of the resonant current according to the waveform characteristics of the resonant current,and further ap-proximated the real value of the resonant current by the piecewise iterative method.The simulation results show that compared with the traditional method,the proposed improved current analytical formula can describe the variation process of resonant current more accurately during the ternary resonance period,which verifies the correctness of the proposed method.
