In order to fully consider the impact of distributed photovoltaic access on the safe operation of distribution network,an active distribution network planning evaluation method was proposed based on the traditional distribution network planning evaluation system,taking into account the randomness and correlation of photovoltaic output power.Firstly,the Gaussian mixture model(GMM)of improved optimal particle swarm optimization algorithm was proposed to solve the joint probability density function of multiple photovoltaic output,so as to accurately describe the randomness and volatility of photovoltaic output.Secondly,the power flow equation was linearized,the linear expressions of node voltage and line power flow were derived,and the joint probability distributions of multi-node voltage and multi-line power flow were obtained respectively.Based on this,the reliability index and voltage quality index considering distrib-uted renewable energy access were constructed.Finally,the new power grid planning evaluation indicators such as the newly constructed voltage out-of-limit risk indicators,voltage deviation indicators,and power flow cross-section out-of-limit risk indicators were incorporated into the evaluation system,the combination weight was calculated by the AHP and combined to obtain the final comprehensive evaluation result.The simulation results verify the effectiveness of the evaluation method.
