极不均匀电场中叠层间位芳纶纸和纤维素纸的局部放电特性对比分析

间位芳纶纸具有优异的绝缘强度和耐热性,是纤维素纸的理想替代品.为研究干式工况下间位芳纶纸对纤维素纸的可替代性,对比了叠层间位芳纶纸和纤维素纸在极不均匀电场中的击穿强度,并对叠层间位芳纶纸与纤维素纸开展了阶梯升压和恒定电压下的局部放电测试.结果表明,极不均匀电场中间位芳纶纸的干式击穿电压约为纤维素纸的2倍,且随着叠层数的增长,二者的击穿强度差异性变小;升压局放中,在电场强度低于两种绝缘纸各自击穿强度的50%时,两种绝缘纸的放电特征相近,进一步提高电场强度后,间位芳纶纸出现了更剧烈的沿面放电,放电量约纤维素纸的6倍;恒压局放中,间位芳纶纸在放电起始阶段放电更为剧烈,最大放电量在6 500~43 000 pC之间变化,而后在6 500 pC上下小幅度波动,临近击穿时最大放电量剧增到49 966.9 pC.局放使间位芳纶纸呈现更加严重的纸张缺陷,这源于击穿对短切纤维与浆粕界面的破坏导致浆粕脱落及损伤.
Comparative Analysis of Partial Discharge Characteristics of Laminated PMIA Paper and Cellulose Paper in Extremely Inhomogeneous Electric Field
PMIA paper is an ideal substitute for cellulose paper because of its excellent insulation strength and heat re-sistance.We compared the breakdown strengths of laminated PMIA paper and cellulose paper in extremely inhomoge-neous electric field in order to study the substitutability of PMIA paper for cellulose paper under dry working condi-tions,and carried out partial discharge tests under step-up and constant voltage for laminated PMIA paper and cellulose paper.The results show that the dry breakdown voltage of the PMIA paper in the extremely inhomogeneous electric field is about twice that of the cellulose paper,and the difference of the breakdown strength between the two becomes smaller with the increase of the number of layers.In the step-up partial discharge,the discharge characteristics of the two insu-lating papers are similar when the electric field strength is lower than 50%of the respective breakdown strength of the two insulating papers,and after further increasing the electric field strength,the PMIA paper shows a more intense dis-charge along the surface,and the discharge is about 6 times that of the cellulose paper.In the constant-voltage partial discharge,the discharge of PMIA paper is more intense at the beginning of the discharge phase,with the maximum dis-charge varying between 6 500 and 43 000 pC,then fluctuating slightly above and below 6 500 pC,and the maximum discharge increases dramatically to 49 966.9 pC near the breakdown.What's more,partial discharge causes the PMIA paper to show a more severe degree of paper defects,which results from the breakdown of the interface between the short-cut fiber and the pulp.
