基于热能品质区分的工业园区综合能源系统多时间尺度协同规划

构建综合能源系统能够有效提升工业园区的能源利用效率,但目前对含多种热品质的工业园区级综合能源系统的研究匮乏.为此,根据热能品质将工业园区热负荷区分为工业蒸汽负荷与供暖热水负荷,建立了一种含电负荷、工业蒸汽、供暖热水的工业园区级综合能源系统.以年化成本最低为目标,基于工程实际数据建立了年负荷-资源约束和典型日小时尺度负荷平衡约束,构建了含塔式光热等多种可选设备的多时间尺度协同规划计算模型.考虑热能品质的计算结果显示,对热能品质进行区分能确定不同产热设备在供暖季和非供暖季的运行模式.规划计算结果表明,构建的综合能源系统建设成本更低,且规划过程量与工程预期 目标更相符,验证了所提计算模型的有效性与规划设计结果的可行性.
Research on Multi-time Scale Cooperative Planning Method of Integrated Energy System in Industrial Park Based on Differentiation of Thermal Energy Quality
Establishing integrated energy systems can effectively improve the energy utilization efficiency of industrial parks,but there is a lack of research on the integrated energy system of industrial parks with various thermal qualities.Based on the thermal energy quality,we divided the thermal load of industrial park into steam load and hot water load,and established an integrated energy system of industrial parks with electric,industrial steam and hot water.Aiming for the lowest annualized cost,we established the annual load resource constraints and the typical daily hour scale load bal-ance constraints based on practical data from engineering,and constructed a multi timescale collaborative programming computational model for several alternative devices including tower photothermal.The results of considering thermal en-ergy quality show that distinguishing thermal energy quality can determine the operating modes of different heat-produ-cing devices in the heating and non-heating seasons.The results of planning calculation show that the construction cost of the integrated energy system built is lower,and the amount of planning process is more in line with the expected ob-jectives of the project,which verifies the validity of the calculation model and the feasibility of the planning and design results.
