Forty Years of Local National Security Legislation:Quality and Effectiveness Evaluation and Development Direction
To build a national security legal system,it is crucial to not only improve the central legislation,but also implement and supplement the local national security legislation.Through in-depth and comprehensive analysis and evaluation of the current basic situation of local national security legislation in China,the study will examine the effectiveness of local national security legislation in China for promoting the modernization of the central and local complementary national security governance system.The empirical analysis method is used to focus on the dimension of time,ethnic and security field of local national security legislation.The analysis shows that in order to optimize the quality and effectiveness of local national security legislation in China,it is necessary to improve the quality of local legislation,fully highlight regional characteristics,and coordinate the relationship between development and security in local national security legislation.
