The People's Courtroom in the New Era:Role Orientation and Construction Mode
The people's courtroom is an agency dispatched by the primary people's court.It is an important part of the judicial system in the Socialism with Chinese characteristics.In order to meet the needs of the modernization of primary social governance system and governance capacity in the new era and respond to the needs of primary social legal governance,it is reguired to focus on the effective settlement of primary contradictions and disputes.The people's courtrooms in the new era are shaping and reconstructing primary social governance system with the logic of rule of law through"two constructions"and"demonstration construction",and they gradually form their role orientations and construction modes.Of course,the role orientation and construction mode of people's courtroom in the new era also need rational reflection and theoretical refinement in order to promote the judicial credibility.
