Constructing the Discourse System of Rule of Law for Chinese Path to Modernization——Commentary on the 14th Legal Rhetoric Academic Symposium
The construction of the discourse system of rule of law for Chinese path to modernization is a major issue of the times.A deep understanding of the Chinese path to modernization,efforts to realize the rule of law in all State work,and the full manifestation of the Chinese nature of the modernization of the rule of law require a discourse system of rule of law to provide strong discourse guidance and support.In China,the deep historical and cultural heritage,scientific guidance of the rule of law theory,innovative rule of law construction experience,and advanced supply of rule of law concepts have laid a solid foundation for the construction of the discourse system of rule of law and injected a strong impetus.Accelerating the construction of discourse system of rule of law requires us to innovate the rhetorical expression of modernization,to narrate Chinese modernization with the discourse of rule of law;to shape Chinese legal thinking,to construct a discourse system with the rationale of rule of law;to improve the ability to use legal methods,to expand the practical space for modernization of the discourse system of rule of law,and to enhance the effectiveness of the discourse system in terms of its application and practical influ-ence.
