In the digital age,accelerating the construction of a people's procuratorate case database that integrates digital and information technology is so important not only because of the inherent laws of prosecutorial work,but also because of the prosecution work beyond western countries based on the advantages in the number of judicial cases and data.China has entered a new stage of building a modern digital power.In order to promote the digital procuratorial strategy and improve the case guidance project in the new era,the Supreme People's Procuratorate has taken the construction of the case database of the People's Procuratorate as the key procuratorial work during the 14th Five-Year Plan period.As a judicial product of the"digital revolution"to guide cases in the new era,the case database of the People's Procuratorate aims to maximize the practical effectiveness of cases,standardize the application of law,improve the efficiency of handling cases,and ensure judicial transparency and credibility.The case database includes complete elements,standardized procuratorial guiding cases and reference cases,and the management procedures of reference cases are strict,ranging from the screening standards,warehousing process,case retrieval and dynamic adjustment.In handling cases,the people's procuratorates at all levels shall,in strict accordance with laws,judicial interpretations and normative documents,and conduct case database searches.
