应用型警务人才培养质量提升路径研究

摘要
应用型警务人才培养既是新时代公安院校人才培养工作的主旋律,也是公安教育适应社会需求的必然选择.当前,公安院校应用型警务人才培养面临实践教学体系仍不完善、教师队伍建设亟待加强、校局合作育人现状还需改进等现实问题.对此,应从构建公安教育新理念和新格局、推进"双师双能型"教师队伍建设、打造特色鲜明的实战警务人才培养模式、健全校局合作育人机制等方面提升新时代公安院校应用型警务人才培养质量.
Abstract
The cultivation of application-oriented policing talent is not only the main theme of talent cultivation in police colleges and universities in the new era,but also the inevitable choice of police education to adapt the needs of society.At present,the cultivation of application-oriented policing talent in police colleges and universities still faces some realistic problems,such as the practical teaching system is still imperfect,the construction of teaching staff needs to be enhanced urgently,and the current situation of school-bureau cooperative education still needs modification.Therefore,we should improve the cultivation quality of application-oriented polic-ing talent in police colleges and universities in the new era from these aspects:Firstly,building a new concept and pattern of police education.Secondly,promoting the construction of a"dual-teacher and dual-ability"teaching staff.Thirdly,creating a distinctive cultivation model for prac-tical policing talent.Fourthly,perfecting the mechanism of school-bureau cooperative education.
