The digitization of criminal justice has brought about data security protection issues.Data supervision,as an important part of network criminal justice data protection,plays an important role in it.The current"Data Security Law"adheres to the purpose of"ensuring data security"and"maintaining the legitimate interests of individuals,organizations and the country",and stipulates data security protection obligations in Chapter 4.Regarding data supervision in the field of cybercriminal justice,the current system regulations are slightly insufficient.Therefore,it is necessary to clarify the basic ideas for network criminal justice data supervision on the basis of examining data applications and data security risks in current judicial informatization activi-ties.On the basis of avoiding data risks and ensuring the effective implementation of data applic-ations,explore the regulatory mechanism for data security protection in cybercriminal justice.
