The Exploration of Public Security Trust from the Perspective of Self-Help Remedy
Along with the weakening of informal social control and the increasing awareness of social members rights,the contradictions and disputes of social public security also continue to increase,which not only brings psychological pressure to people,but also creates more social safety hidden troubles.If the needs and expectations of social members for public security and guarantee cannot be effectively addressed,the self-help remedy will become the first choice for resolving disputes.Starting from the phenomenon of self-help remedy,explain and analyze the relationship between public security and trust from the perspective of morality and law,it can be found that the dynamic transformation between self-help remedy recipient and public security trust affects whether social members can overcome the anxiety of social and cultural attributes and participate in the positive cycle of social public security,so as to assist the government to eliminate the risks of social public security,and realize the transformation from maintaining har-monious public security order to public security trust.Therefor,we should explore the trust mech-anism and countermeasures in line with the current situation of public security in China from the aspects of creating a neighborhood cultural atmosphere and consolidating the foundation of pub-lic security trust,improving the multiple dispute resolution mechanism and establishing a har-monious trust relationship between police and people,integrating the resource of social public security trust and deepening the trust of government affairs system.
