As an important basis for judges,it is particularly necessary to define the standard of"beyond reasonable doubt".Especially at the moment when the reform of judicial responsibil-ity system is gradually promoted,such standards have increasingly become an important tool to control the judicial power,improve the trial process,and protect the legitimate trial work.Based on this,through the basic content of"beyond a reasonable doubt"and the definition of the necess-ity in the judicial responsibility reform,combined with the judicial reform and the standard ap-plies the specific requirements,to subject,content and rationality of the three directions of dis-cussion,or to"beyond a reasonable doubt"standard in criminal proceedings clear provide more desirable path reference.
