Conflicts of Interest and Resolution Mechanisms in Police Intelligence Sharing from the Perspec-tive of Value Co-Creation
In police intelligence work,police intelligence sharing can effectively achieve the purpose of preventing early warning,accurately attacking crimes and maintaining social security order.Value co-creation and police intelligence sharing are highly compatible in three aspects:means,path and purpose.From the four dimensions of value co-creation:subject,object,relati-onship and environment,the causes of interest conflicts in police intelligence sharing are:back-ward consciousness and insufficient ability of police intelligence sharing;The mode of police in-telligence sharing and cooperation is unstable and the organizational structure is unreasonable;Police information has particularity and confidentiality;Police intelligence sharing environment is not cultivated enough.The mechanism of resolving conflicts of interest in police information sharing should be put forward from the aspects of subject incentive,interactive feedback,risk prevention and system guarantee,including the establishment of police information sharing in-centive mechanism.Strengthen police intelligence sharing feedback mechanism;Improve police intelligence sharing risk prevention mechanism and improve police intelligence sharing guaran-tee mechanism.
