摘要
智慧警务对公安院校人才培养提出了新的要求,学习和掌握信息技术已成为公安院校学生应具备的核心能力.警务人才的信息技术能力主要由情报分析、电子侦查和取证、数字图像处理、信息系统应用、软件开发以及持续学习等方面综合构成.当前,公安院校对学生信息技术能力的培养存在信息实战化训练滞后、信息技术课程体系不完整、教学评价和技能考核体系不完善、与实战单位合作不深入等现实问题.对此,应从科学构建信息技术理论与实战课程体系,逐步完善信息技术能力培养考评体系,持续加强与实战单位的深入合作等方面提升学生信息技术能力,全面培养适应新时代智慧警务发展需求的高素质警务人才.
Abstract
Smart policing has put forward new requirements for talent cultivation in police colleges,the core capability of police colleges students that is able to learn and master informa-tion technology.The information technology capabilities of policing talents are mainly composed of intelligence analysis,electronic investigation and evidence collection,digital image process-ing,information system application,software development,and continuous learning.At present,there are some practical problems in the students cultivation of information technology capabili-ties in police colleges,such as the lagging information practical training,incomplete information technology curriculum system,imperfect teaching evaluation and skill assessment system,and insufficient cooperation with practical units.Therefore,we should improve information technol-ogy capabilities of police colleges students from the aspects of scientifically constructing the in-formation technology theory and practice curriculum system,gradually improving the assess-ment and evaluation system of information technology capability cultivation,continuously strengthening further cooperation with practical units and so on,comprehensively cultivate the high-quality policing talents which could meet the development needs of smart policing in the new era.
