摘要
刑事科学技术人才作为打击犯罪活动、提高诉讼效率、维护司法公正的重要力量,目前面临专业发展带来的全新挑战.公安院校亟需加强刑事科学技术专业建设,优化人才培养体系,提高人才培养质量.为此,可通过梳理刑事科学技术专业人才培养体系的内涵界定、目标要求,分析其在培养目标定位、课程体系设置、师资队伍建设、教学资源保障等领域存在的主要问题,进而探讨优化之策.
Abstract
As an important force to combat criminal activities,improve litigation efficiency,and safeguard judicial fairness,criminal science and technology talent which is currently facing new challenges of its majors development.Police colleges and universities urgently need to strengthen the construction of criminal science and technology majors,optimize the talent culti-vation system,and improve the quality of talent cultivation.Therefore,we should clarify the con-notation definition and target requirements of talent cultivation system for criminal science and technology majors,analyze the main problems existing in the fields of cultivation target positio-ning,curriculum system setting,teaching staff construction,and teaching resources guarantee,and then explore the optimization strategies.
