Research on Talent Cultivation for Telecommunications Network Fraud Prevention and Control in Public Security Colleges
The cultivation of telecommunication network fraud prevention and control pro-fessionals is an important part of police college police personnel training in the new era,and is also the inevitable choice of police education to adapt to the iterative updates of telecommunica-tion network fraud techniques.At present,police colleges face real problems such as lagging be-hind in teaching content and real needs,insufficient faculty strength,disconnection between the-ory and practice,limited internship and practical training resources,and an imperfect cooperative education mechanism between schools and police departments.Therefore,efforts should be made to enhance the quality of telecommunication network fraud prevention and control profes-sional training at police colleges in the new era from the perspectives of building a new concept and pattern of telecommunication network fraud prevention and control talent training at police colleges,updating teaching content,optimizing course design,promoting the construction of pro-fessional teacher teams,improving the cooperative education mechanism between schools and police departments,strengthening cross-disciplinary integration,optimizing internship and prac-tical training resources,and building a practical police talent training model.
