In the context of smart society,many traditional crimes have migrated to the mode of cybercrime.Cybercrime has the characteristics of diversified charges,coexistence of organiz-ed and decentralized criminal activities,and the development of precise criminal methods.Al-though the emergence of cybercrime is not long,there are still difficulties in the current govern-ance of cybercrime,such as the unsuitability of social governance forms for cybercrime cases,difficulties in jurisdiction and investigation of cybercrime cases,difficulties in comprehensive governance of online platforms,and a lack of professional talents.In order to govern cybercrime more efficiently in the context of a smart society,we should adhere to the concept of intelligence and build a new pattern of intelligent governance of cybercrime;Improve the relevant legal lin-kage mechanism and cooperation mechanism to facilitate jurisdiction;Empowering intelligence to solve investigation difficulties;Strengthen the comprehensive management of cybercrime;Im-prove the quality and efficiency of talent cultivation.
