Abstract
As an important anti-terrorism model,public opinion based anti-terrorism has edu-cational significance in terms of anti-terrorism subjects,anti-terrorism content,and anti-terrorism effects.It builds an operational foundation based on the operational subject,operational purpose,and operational impact,constructs an operational approach based on the operational field,oper-ational logic,and operational steps,and constructs an operational means based on operational to-ols,operational methods,and operational guarantees.Effectively operating the public opinion based anti-terrorism mode is beneficial for enriching the theoretical system of the anti-terrorism mode,improving the anti-terrorism capabilities of the anti-terrorism subject,and promoting the systematic improvement of anti-terrorism governance work.
